available for calls in which we will deep dive into your

personal experiences , have guided meditations and

healing sessions , find tools and treatments that serve

you best on your path of evolution.

Please make sure you schedule at least one call per week with me and you keep me

involved and updated as much as possible through WhatsApp messages .

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Consultant agrees to provide personal coaching services to the Client and personal

development coaching. These services will be delivered through scheduled sessions,

which may be conducted in person, via phone, or virtually, as mutually agreed upon.

2. TERM OF AGREEMENT

The consulting relationship shall commence on agreed date, and continue for agreed period, unless terminated earlier by either party as outlined in Section 6.

3. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the total fee mentioned in the product outline.

Payments shall be made via bank transfer or credit card and are non-refundable

under any circumstances.

The payment can be made monthly in instalments if agreed upon by both parties.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

Be fully present and engaged in all consulting sessions.

Implement recommended strategies and action plans between sessions.

Communicate openly and honestly about challenges, progress, and needs.

Respect the Consultant's time by attending scheduled sessions or providing at least 24

hours' notice for rescheduling.

5. CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Consultant agrees to:

Provide consulting and coaching services with integrity and commitment.

Maintain confidentiality as outlined in Section 7.

Offer guidance, support, and accountability tailored to the Client’s personal

development goals.

Be available for calls as the client feels needed and a minimum of one call a week.

Answer to all WhatsApp messages as soon as possible .

Notify the Client in advance of any necessary scheduling changes.

6. TERMINATION POLICY

Client may terminate this Agreement with written notice of at least 7 days. If the Client

chooses to terminate early, no refunds shall be issued for payments already made. The

consulting and coaching container may end early if the desired goal is reached; however,

the Client acknowledges that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of the duration

completed. The container may go on beyond the acquired goal for the rest of the

period and further after a new assesment .

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all discussions, materials, and business information shared

during the consulting relationship strictly confidential, except as required by law.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Client acknowledges that consulting and coaching services do not guarantee specific

outcomes and are not a substitute for professional advice. The Client is solely responsible

for their own decisions and actions.

10. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By transferring the first fee to the bank account mentioned below, both parties

acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
